Jinny is responsible for strategic direction, growth and operating performance. Prior to joining VASCOR, Jinny was financial reporting manager of Kentucky Utilities in Lexington, where she worked for 18 years. Jinny joined VASCOR as Controller in 2000, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2006, CFO in 2017 and subsequently named President and CEO in 2018. Jinny graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.
Yamamori-san plays a valuable role in coordinating the necessary efforts among VASCOR, our customers and our joint-venture partner, Fujitrans Corporation. Yamamori-san was assigned to support VASCOR in 2015 from his role as a business logistics expert at Fujitrans Corporation, where he was responsible for developing international 3PL business and analyzing the logistics needs of client commodities, especially ocean freight and warehousing. Yamamori-san earned his Japanese Commerce Degree from Aichi Gakuin University.
Krystal is responsible for the full range of financial controls and reporting requirements. She first joined VASCOR in 2004 and has held several roles in accounting and finance, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Krystal served as CFO of Foam Design, Inc. starting in 2016, before returning to VASCOR. She was promoted to CFO of VASCOR in 2018. Krystal is a CPA in Kentucky and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from Union College.
Rick’s 30-plus years of finished vehicle logistics experience covers a vast range, from automobile transport and ocean port processing to inland rail and auto processing centers. Prior to joining VASCOR, Rick worked for 14 years with American Suzuki Motor Corporation, overseeing multiple port and rail operations, including various logistical activities at a North American auto production facility.
Lee Jones joined VASCOR in 1992 with the responsibility of managing and developing VASCOR’s information systems platform. Over the next 20 years Lee lead a team of IT professionals in cultivating cutting-edge technology in the areas of supply chain visibility, finished vehicle logistics, order management and transportation management. In 2012, Lee assumed the role of Vice President, Business Development & Information Technology. In this role, Lee was responsible for developing comprehensive supply chain solutions for current and future customers. In 2013, Lee moved into his current position as Vice President, Customer Development & Marketing. In this position, Lee leads inbound logistics sales and supply chain engineering teams to engage customers in developing robust supply chain solutions. Lee graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
Dan joined VASCOR in 2016 and is responsible for all brokerage operations, inbound logistics operations, parts order management, route planning and scheduling, and customer service. Dan has over 30 years of operations experience in transportation and logistics. Prior to joining VASCOR, Dan was responsible for intermodal operations at Hub Group which included rail intermodal operations, asset management of over 28,000 containers, trucking operations of 2900 drivers, and carrier management of over 200 carriers. Dan has also held several senior management positions at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
Dan joined VASCOR in 2006. His responsibilities include financial and operational performance for all finished vehicle services including inspections, claims management, yard management, accessorization, and driveaway services. Prior to joining VASCOR, Dan spent 9 years with Penske Logistics and 4 years with Vector SCM in various operational capacities. Overall strengths include strategic operational planning, team building, and financial leadership developed through over 30 years of industry experience. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Walsh College and is Greenbelt certified.
Nick joined VASCOR in 2002. He is responsible for all aspects of IT at VASCOR including; audit compliance, business intelligence, development, infrastructure, quality assurance, support, and vendor management. Nick has 25 years of experience in the logistics and IT industries, with expertise in project management, EDI, freight payment and audit. He received his MBA from Sullivan University in Lexington, KY and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.
Frank is responsible for the growth and performance of VASCOR de México. Frank has over 20 years of operational leadership and business development experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in quality, safety and engineering within many rail and yard operations across Mexico. Frank also has had extensive involvement with finished vehicle distribution and accessory installation, and has worked in San Luis Potosí, Nuevo León and Aguascalientes. Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in business and systems administration from the University of California, Irvine, in 2003.
